I'll stick to my idea of an endzone multi level strip bar complete with a MMA fighting arena. What the hell, let's have gladiator fighting in it as well along with animal balloons for the kiddies!

I'm not sure this end zone project is a good idea. Why not build a multi level bar complete with stripper poles and a MMS style fight arena for the fans instead? That should slow the halftime evacuation.

A year I remember well. At least we could bring coolers to the games stuffed with alcohol, ice and cups so we could be stinking hammered by kickoff.

Practically mid season and Troy is still not ready for the 2014 football season. Out of control dumpster fire.

ESPN also referred to Georgia's game against Troy as a virtual bye game. How far we have fallen... Time for a resurrection!

It was an impact to the helmet during a tackle. Preliminary reports indicate some sort of brain trauma. A lot of rumors circulating right now. Troy Messenger released online and then withdrew a story a while ago that he had passed away. He is still in ICU but it looks bad. If ever prayers were needed for a young man and his family, now is the time to offer them, please.

Watching this game will feel much like being invited to witness a lethal injection, you already know how it will end. I hope for otherwise.

Maybe Mr. Hartwell hit the high and low end of the liquor cabinet by halftime?

Giving up 31 points in the second half doesn't bode well for our defense either.

Then the program is utilized for marketing Troy. I'm curious if this is still paying viable dividends or if it's even possible to measure such.

is the football program costing the university these days? Surely this isn't a money maker of any sort. Anyone? Just curious...

Sadder still, I was at that 1975 game with my late dad.

At the game I couldn't help but notice the difference in another weather delayed game Troy played some years ago in that stadium. How very different things are now from when Missouri showed up here.

What we are seeing at Troy is the inevitable outcome of the previous 3 years.Watching Troy football now for me is like watching an old 14 year old Bassett hound struggle to exist. I may love it dearly, but I already know what lies ahead for it. I've seen some bad seasons and bad coaching here since 1966. This is worse than the Bradshaw and Maddox eras. As for a new coach, I'd like to see who rises and shines as this season progresses. Right now that's the only interesting possibility that entertains me as this season goes on. See you in the stands as always.

Had to be the F16 scooter plane coming out on the field during the 2nd touchdown PAT. It didn't come out after the first touchdown break and then rolled out during the play of the second. Watching the official run 100 yards along with a couple of our athletic personnel down to the opposite end zone to brief the operator on rules was classic. I couldn't help but wonder if anyone actually told the aircraft driver when and where to move the vehicle. It was the most lively animation I've seen out of a football coach in over 3 years.
