Have got to be some of the most disrespectful fan bases around. Most definitely in the SBC anymore. Oh yes you have taken the spot of ULL. www.sbnation.com/college-football/2014/10/25/7070301/georgia-southern-pulls-off-a-whiteout-in-georgia-states-stadiumThe picture of the site I provided is just classless. This isnt just something the fans came up with. This is something the coaches and players are apart of in this picture. Its just tacky. Not only this running up the score 69 points when your clearly the better team and have the game in control shows you just what kind of coach Fritz is. What goes around comes around. I would also like to take the time to Thank the USA fans for being class acts when we came to visit in Mobile. Doing a full presentation of Larry Blakeney's retirement on their video board. I really appreciated that from them. I guess it was a frendly jesture since we paid tribute to their President who passed away last year.

No big deal. We bring more fan to UA's B team home game than they do. Maybe not this year, but most year we do. And it not like that really white out. It more like half of lower-level white out. It like when we fill half of lower-level of Superdome and think we have like 45,000 people at game. GaState have big crowd too and not only play for like 4 year not 30.
Their time will come too. We dominate and act all big shot too, but it ain't easy. Statesboro is a dump too with archaic alcohol rule. One good coach (like Coach Orgeron) could easily out-recruit that school. This ain't SoCon any more.

Pay no attention to half TMTDM fan, they little too sensitive and get all excite this season for all wrong reason. It only get worse this Thursday. Trust Mr. Ho, it over by the coin toss. But also note, it not last forever. This is Sunbelt and victory is fleeting. TMTDM will be back up on top in 2 year. It is written.

Remember when someone shows the same disrespect in your house some day down the road. Win with class and lose with class.

I'll explain it for you. We have a lot of pride in the support of our football team home and away. "Paulson North" actually started with Wofford in 2010 when we were coming off our misery 2006-2009 and found ouselves back in the playoffs. We decided since our AD screwed up and didn't bid correctly, we just make Wofford's stadium "Paulson North".
The Politics of the University System of Georgia allows Ga State A LOT of perks, money, graduate degrees, and research status which is bad enough, but when they started football, GaSt was able to just pay for it with athletics fees. We've been wanting to move up for years and have been blocked by the BOR and have to jump through hoops for everything we get even though we also pay for it ourselves or with voted student fees.
GaSt "fans" have done nothing but talk about their "owning" the Atlanta market and how Ga Southern is an afterthought in the state. We know who we are - small time, but we also know we have a passionate, well-traveled fan base who will stand and cheer. Alabama fans were very complementary of us and told us they rarely see as many opposing fans except when they play LSU.
When we're playing GaSt in Atlanta, it's still going to be Our House and if they don't like it, they need to get some butts in the seats to drown us out.

Seriously, you don't need to defend your actions. We can't do anything about it. Just like Thursday night you will score at will. If we keep GaSouth under 800 total yards I Would consider that a victory. I Will say this - you will NEVER make TMTDMVS "Paulson West"///maybe if you play UA's B team you could do it there.

Being a grad of Troy but a fan of Georgia Southern football I will state that the Eagles fan base should not be in any position to turn a game between the Trojans and the Eagles in Troy into a Paulson West game. For this to happen Troy would have to fall on very hard times.

1-7 is pretty hard times...
But we still have 15-16k in the stadium even at 1-7 (which is more than USA has and they are nearly bowl eligable)

I will be pulling for the Eagles.
Just a little back ground information. I grew up an Auburn fan attending games with my parents. Planned on attending Auburn but thing just did not work out, so I ended up at Troy's Phenix City campus where I graduated from in 1982. I became a fan of Georgia Southern when my nephew sign with GS in Hatchers last year as head coach. My nephew was a QB who ended up transfering to UNT after one year in JUCO due to not being a fit for the Eagles New offense. Due to him playing for the Eagles and my father's love of Erk Russell who my father(passed away spring of 1983) always pointed out to me when at Aub/GA games I just stayed with the Eagles.
I never really formed an attachement with Troys football program. The first time I ever set foot on the main campus was for a HS game in 2010. The second time was the UNT game in 2011.
I have a soft spot in my heart for the Men of Troy and hope that they do well but my allegence is with GS.

Number used to meet NCAA attendance requirements. We're gonna need a lawyer. Also on the Georgia Southern stuff, great fan base, but the sign on the field was a little much (IMO). I like non-handsitting fans.

Recruits and fans don't see unused tickets they see unused aluminum The NCAA sees paid attendance. That's the only reason to ever announce attendance in the first place.

I understand the NCAA minimum requirement and we will barely meet it this year but I still consider attendance the people actually attending the games and it's pitiful right now. I would think the NCAA requirement played into the LB announcement because IMO we would not have made the min requirement next season.
