Trojan Nation,
Today, I spoke with the 'Momma' of Troy Trojan Football and she confirmed she will retire at the end of the year. In typical fashion, Ms. Judy said she'll retire 'after we win our third Conference Championship in a row'!!!
Ms. Judy has served our University well, and she should be recognized for her efforts. She has meant so much to so many players, player's families, coaches, administrators, students, alumni, fans, etc., over the years.
We have been blessed to have her service and should take the time to thank her for all she's done for TROY!
We will have the pleasure of seeing her around campus for the rest of the year, and she will be close by to return after retirement to support the 'school she loves.'
Thank you so much, Ms. Judy, for your contributions to Troy University and Trojan Athletics.
The Trojan Nation loves you!!!
Go TROY!

I tried to rewrite her bio a while back. Here is what I wrote.
Ms. Judy Morgan, the heart and soul of the Troy University Trojans football program, has been a dedicated administrator for nearly three decades. Affectionately known as "Ms. Judy," she embarked on her remarkable journey under the tutelage of legendary coach Larry Blakeney, setting the stage for an enduring legacy.
With unwavering commitment, Ms. Judy has weathered coaching transitions, serving with distinction under esteemed mentors like Neal Brown and Jon Sumrall. Currently an integral part of Head Coach Gerad Parker's team, she is the steadfast foundation upon which Troy football stands.
Celebrating an extraordinary milestone, Ms. Judy's nearly 30-year tenure speaks volumes about her unparalleled dedication and loyalty. In an ever-evolving sports landscape, her enduring presence symbolizes the continuity and stability that define the Troy University football program.
Throughout her illustrious career, Ms. Judy has seamlessly coordinated events, facilitated recruiting efforts, and meticulously maintained the program's invaluable information database. Her contributions extend far beyond the administrative realm, embodying the essence of Trojan pride and spirit.
A native of Pike and Coffee counties, Ms. Judy is a proud graduate of Zion Chapel High School and attended Wallace Business College. Her roots run deep in the Troy community, where she has called home for decades. Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Judy is the epitome of Trojan dedication, a sentiment echoed by all who have had the privilege of working alongside her.
As the heartbeat of Troy football, Ms. Judy Morgan remains an indispensable part of the Trojan family, weaving an indelible thread into the rich tapestry of the program's history. Her enduring legacy is a testament to the profound impact of a career marked by passion, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

It was 2006 September 23rd (a couple days after HCLB 59th birthday). I took my two brothers and dad to Nebraska vs Troy (not a good game for Troy) but I happen to sit by two ladies as we were all shoe horned into the stadium. Had about an hour conversation with two ladies that I did not know at that time as I had only been following Troy for a couple of years. Just really enjoyed our conversation and finally asked one of them their last names. Morgan and Blakney was their answer. It was almost funny to know I had no idea who they were but just like everyone else’s experience they were friendly from that day on. A year or two later Janice and Judy grabbed a friend of mine and me over in New Orleans and introduced to several folks and players at the hotel prior to the bowl. Troy will be loosing a great asset in Ms Judy but she and Janice made just a routine guy who was starting to follow Troy feel really at home and appreciated as a fan. God Speed Ms Judy.

Until there's an official announcement from Troy Athletics... cornhole pass on this post. Ms. Judy said she posted her retirement announcement on her Facebook account last week. It would only be the proper thing for the Athletics Department to post an official announcement to the Trojan Nation since she is the most senior member. Go TROY!
