You are absolutely right. That doesn't mean we shouldn't hang 40 on them and shut them out, should we find ourselves in a game against them. |

Everyone in here knows brown can’t hold Sumrall’s jock. We are grateful for Neal but I think we are in a better position with who we have now.

No slight to Brown but give me Sumrall all day long and twice on Sunday. Neal Brown is a great coach. Jon Sumrall is....batman. I loved watching Troy football under Neal Brown. I want to PLAY football under Jon Sumrall. |

saw Frisco vs SMU as possibility. Yep, real travel and less folks going. That game is a Tuesday at 8 Central. That means out of work minimal 1/2 Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday on a work week. Going to be difficult for lots of folks and if against SMU that is home game for them.
Hoping for somewhere else than that.

Tons or respect for Neal and what he reestablished at Troy and what he instilled in Sumrall. My opinion only, but the energy around the program as a whole is on another level with sumrall. |

Losing to JMU in the fashion that we did - missed field goal and intentional grounding is a quality loss by 1 point
Quality loss? Is that a thing? Yes if you are a power 5 team, especially if an sec team.
Troy loses to Ole Miss - bad loss
Auburn loses to Ole Miss - quality loss - wth?
Win out and the rest will take care of itself

In all seriousness y’all think we will be playing on opening weekend of bowl week (cure bowl, New Orleans bowl both December 16) we just scheduled our daughters 1st birthday for the following weekend. Wife is going to divorce me if we play the second weekend.
