If you have not received your tickets to the 🚫 game, CALL THE TICKET OFFICE! I arrived home this afternoon and my tickets still were not in the mail. I called the ticket office and after a brief hold, they came back to me, apologized, and said they couldn't say why this happened, but my tickets had not been mailed. They are going to overnight them to me, so i'll get them tomorrow or Wednesday (depends on if they can beat today's mail dump). The person I talked to said there was no doubt I had purchased them, there was no doubt they hadn't been sent out, so if they don't arrive by Wednesday, call back and they would tell me what steps to take Thursday at the stadium.
I'm posting this for information purposes, not to gripe about the mailing snafu. The ticket office is doing everything they can to make sure the mistake is corrected, which is all that could be asked at this point. I just don't want to see anyone sit around waiting for tickets that may not have been put in the mail and are, therefore, not coming. If one set wasn't mailed, it's possible others weren't as well. If you don't have your tickets yet, CALL.

Can they not go digital?

I asked for that option when I bought them in August. They said they couldn't go digital for the away games, but didn't give a reason. I wasn't sure I'd like the digital format, but I love it.

NOTHING in our mailbox, I will call in the morning. ANYONE in the 205 received theirs?

I loved the digital ticket except when I couldn't get enough signal to load the ticket screen....another reason why I was asking about cell service in my other thread. LOL

LOL A trick I use when down range is to turn off 5g and lte. With my iphone XR, I was able to put it in 3g mode and would have service. I don't know if you can still do it, but it may be worth a brave search.

Nothing here either. If in mail when told should be here tomorrow. The confirmation email I got when I ordered in August noted that Tracking is available on request. If they tell you they’ve been mailed, I’d ask them to either track the package or give me the info and do it myself. It’s now to the point that one day difference in delivery can mean the difference I having tickets or not.

If they have not mailed (I will call tomorrow) I would prefer will call.

These things happen, but our ticket office has come a long way in technology and staff. When these hiccups happen it’s all about how they handle the issue. I’m confident our staff will take care of it.

This is always a problem year after year. Hopefully they can fix one day. No doubt out of Troy Ticket Office control: 1) Gags (Away Schools) mailing Tix to Troy Ticketing. 2) USPS, FedEx or UPS (oops). Take your pick. I prefer WC for Away Games to avoid issues.

They are certainly going the extra mile to make sure everything gets handled properly.

As stated, hope they can fix one day. Maybe contact some of the other ticket offices in state, maybe they can assist and help with how they run things. Doesn’t hurt to ask ? Have friends and family that are season ticket holders with a lot of different schools both large and small, Notre Dame, Alabama, South, Georgia, LSU, UAH. They don’t experience these problems. Some are all digital now. But every year I see on this board folks posting issues. Hope they can fix it one day ! They said they are working on all digital, which should solve 99% of the issues.

Morning Guys,
Just wanted to clear a couple things up here.
Only one account (that we're aware of, and we've reached out to everyone who selected mail delivery) who selected for their tickets to be mailed had an issue with receiving their tickets for the South Alabama game. The issue was addressed immediately and those tickets are on a UPS truck out for delivery today.
If you haven't received your tickets AND purchased through Troy, please go back and check your order to see if you selected Will Call for your delivery method. We did have a couple of instances of this happening where fans thought they selected mail instead but had actually picked Will Call. You can also call the ticket office, and we'd be more than happy to look into the specifics of your order as well.
Finally, if tickets were purchased from South Alabama OR a third-party vendor, that is unfortunately out of our control and we recommend you contact them immediately. This is a reason why we always recommend purchasing directly from Troy Athletics.
If you have ANY questions at any time about your tickets, Ryan will be more than willing to help out. He is a phone call, 334-670-3680, or email, akay@troy.edu, away.
One final reminder, South Alabama has a clear bag policy in place, so if you're going Thursday please keep this in mind and plan accordainly.

My tickets were the ones that had not yet been mailed. As I stated when I started this thread, the young man I spoke to on the phone resolved the issue immediately. I could not have asked for better customer service. My intent in posting this was not to stir up trouble, was not even to be critical, but to let others know that IF they were in a similar situation, a call to the ticket office would quickly get the issue resolved. If I caused any problems or hardship on the staff or if my post was perceived as being negative, then I apologize. That was not my intent. Thank you and the rest of the staff for all your hard work and as always Go TROJANS!

I just called the ticket office and mine are still there (now going to be at Will Call) by the first gate East Side? Anyway, since I purchased them on the old system there was not instructions and they held them. I purchased in July. Perhaps this may be part of the problem. On the new system I ordered my App tickets and they were shipped to my house.

Same gate the Mobile students use (play well with others). Map shows East Ticket Office (visiting players pass location) at that location as well. See y’all SOON!

Massive Kudos to Ryan and the ticket office staff. Just as promised, my tickets arrived today. For those listening, that's how a business successfully executes service recovery ... promise to fix the issue, then keep your word. This should be used in our business classes as an example of how to do it right.
