Exactly. _ _ _ _ _ transfers to Troy with 3+ years of eligibility. Sets the world on Fire year(s) 1 or/and 2, transfers to a P-5 school. wins the _ _ _ _ Conference and gets a hugely contract in the NFL. Just difficult to get excited about any of this these days. Anyways, we get at least a year's look at the fella. It’s better than a Last Chance U situation where a kid has to pay his own way. Those players go thousands into debt. Not sure where you're getting this from, JUCOs offer scholarships too?

When I watched Last Chance U, the JC players did not get scholarship. In fact, before they could enroll at a University, they had to pay their debt to the JC. Often this was paid by the U.

I found the 55. And doing a little sleuthing this was liked by Costelli who is followed by Sumrall and Popovich. It all adds up! Did the he commit to Troy? The 55 OLine young man?

This O-Lineman is a very good get... but if it is indeed Costelli transferring in, that's huge. He is a 6'3" dual-threat QB that is extremely fast for a QB. Unfortunately it appears the Center transfer who was reported to be the best in JUCO has deleted all of his original post about his Troy offer, I was really hoping with get this young man also! Looks like we are out of the race on him

I believe all (or at least most) others allow it. That's why you see most of the top JUCO football recruits coming from places like Mississippi, Kansas, Texas, Arizona, etc. where a lot of those major football factories offer full rides with meal plans, tutors, housing, etc. Even here in Alabama virtually all of the JUCOs (volleyball, baseball, softball, basketball, etc.) offer athletic scholarships and even some of the schools offer housing. In fact, even ESCC offers the complete allotted amount of scholarships they're allowed and most other schools around here or upping them, too.
