Does anyone know if she has been bothered with a nagging injury? She's had some short starts the past couple of weekends and has struggled with walks this weekend.

Umps kept getting her for illegal pitches so the coaches pulled her out early.

She was being called for replanting—starting her drag, stopping, then continuing. I didn’t see it but I don’t know anything about pitching. I do remember a late season game last year when it happened to her.

She was being called for replanting—starting her drag, stopping, then continuing. I didn’t see it but I don’t know anything about pitching. I do remember a late season game last year when it happened to her. Happened in the tournament I believe? She had control issues in the shortened game against Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. I thought it may have just been the weather as it was really cold and damp. |

Usually in softball it is what is called a crow hop (pitcher not dragging the back foot on the ground and leaving the ground. You can also seperate the ball from the glove early. |
