We once again dominated the glass, winning the RB battle by nine. Effie again with the double double, leading the team in scoring and rebounds. He’s worth the price of admission, folks. TK Smith and Kiefer Punter also had a big game with 12 pts ea and combining for 7 rebounds.

Tough contest, in Atlanta. Visiting team and zebra disadvantage. Men of Troy endured and pulled out the W!!

Admittedly did not think we would win, but way to go Trojans! These are the types of games that we lost, and lost and lost for years. "Take the Stairs" attitude wins games!

Congrats to the men for the hard fought road win! Looks like Coach Cross' lessons have sunk in.

Agree 100%, a few years ago that becomes a double digit loss quickly. Coach Cross has taught these guys how to finish and win the close ones.

The most impressive thing is the depth Troy has.
There are three different guys who can run the point effectively with no drop off.. Duke Deen, Duke Miles, and Khalyl Waters.
Then you have Rifen Miguel who is a very effective replacement for Efe Odigie, and then there's Nick Stampley or Christian Turner if you need a great defender/rebounder/charge-taker.
Need an athletic wing? Rotate in Zay Williams, Khalyl Waters, or Jakevan Leftridge.
Need a three-point shooter? Rotate in Duke Deen, Kieffer Punter, or TK Smith... all three of them can shoot well.
I'm just amazed at the depth... I'd argue it's the best in the Sun Belt, and something that will be an asset toward the end of the season and during the SBC Tourney.

And the depth and versatility allows Zay Williams to play his game and not have to be the inside body.
