I'm not at liberty to say which school it is, since everything is still in the initial research stages, but there may be a 4th new video board coming to a Sun Belt Conf Stadium before the CFB season starts.
As I get additional information (and authorization to share it), I'll let people know what's going on.

For those that didn't know the AD for Arkansas St named all four teams in an interview a few days ago. I think I'll have a beer.

I have searched google and found the story on their new board but can't find him mentioning the teams.

I have now been answered by Jeremy Wise:
Will this replace our old board or in addition to?

This is good news. But it may be a sign that funding for the new end-zone facility is even further off than previously thought. I guess it depends on where it goes. If it replaces the old one, it may have to be torn down to accommodate the new end-zone facility.
Now lets get some cardinal end-zones installed once again. I have a feeling when the new facility is built, we will get a new field with cardinal end-zones with it.

If the plans are the same as have been in the last there will eventually be another video board directly across from the new one. Whether the old one is torn down now I guess just depends on who makes that decision. I would like to see it remain for the 10% or so that won't be able to view the new one. My guess is best case to break ground on the facility is late in 15. I think I'll have a beer.

Tweets from Jeremy Wise (aggregated):
AD John Hartwell tells Dothan crowd that new video board will be added to Veterans Memorial Stadium this season. [The] board will be in SE corner behind Sound of the South and is 1,250 sq. ft. Ribbon boards will also be placed on both decks. To give you an idea of the size of the board (1,250 sq. ft.), the boards in Trojan Arena are about 750 sq. ft. Timeframe -- boards should arrive in town by July 22. Cost of project, which includes an improved sound system, is approx. $2.1 million. Daktronics is the provider. [In reference to an updated timeframe on the endzone facility], I asked (since this was originally a part of that project), and Hartwell said it is an indicator that "the wheels are moving."

Really excited for this news! This makes the duke game more exciting to me.
To me I feel like the wheels are moving to start on the end zone project. I wouldn't be surprised if they broke ground after the season.
