There is some activity today at KTOI: We have a Sanders going to Las Vegas. What a way to spend daddy's money. <--- this could be TFO, but unlikely.
We have a jet that came from Biloxi and is going to Atlanta. <--- Again.... not feeling TFO on this one.
Then we have this.... A Beechcraft Baron (58), which looks like the plane XHCNB arrived in. I can't remember, but I remember it wasn't a jet. This plane, N957PQ, is owned by MURPHREE BRIDGE CORP and traveled to Aurora/Chicago yesterday. <--- This smells more like Trojan Force One than the other two.
Anyone else tracking or have any insight?

I dont think 7PQ is a potential TFO. A lot of the trips that the plane has made in the past few months doesn't really corrolate with what could be TFO.
Trips to Tallahassee, Bay Minette, Hot Springs, VA, and Jacksonville, FL.
Also, I haven't seen pictures or videos of XHCNB coming out of the plane, but if I had to guess, it probably was not a Baron. Barons are rather small 3-4 person planes. He probably came out of a King Air or something larger.
I did notice that (The HC we don’t speak of) and crew went to Sunbelt Media Day in a Cessna Citation, which is a small jet.

DT has noticed N957PQ in the air pretty regularly. Unless Mr. Murphree is a big time booster I wouldn't think much of it. I think we have AuBarns thrown out Thanksgiving scraps for at least the 2022 season.

DT's in-laws have a Hawker jet. I could pull some strings but only if its going to Lexington and coming right back.

Since srbtrojan has a rumor laced with hopium, let’s start watching for Trojan Force 1. Looks like a Sanders jet is going to Colorado tomorrow. Could be a ski trip or it could have something to do with Colorado State. Although, Addazio is a bum, I wouldn’t put it past Chairman Mao to make that trade.

We need money for the buy out so maybe we should track Greyhound bus trips or maybe a few freight train cars. Cheaper to get out bottom basement next coach from the SEC

LINKLots of activity at Troy International Sky Port and Galactic Outpost. Had a flight to Pensacola. Could be to talk to Pete Shinnick (UWF). There were also flights to Orlando and Destin. I'm thinking some of these might be Trojan Force One.

There is also a flight to Quitman, GA which is like 20 minutes to Valdosta. Could be looking at Gary Goff.

It's important to take the history of the aircraft into account as well. The flight going to Quitman has a history of going to that area, so that's likely just some private pilot who has family or a house over there.
The flight to Destin is KW Plastic's GLF which, again, has a history of going to Destin.
The flight going to Orlando appears to be an aircraft that is based in Orlando, so it's probably just making a return trip.

I'm willing to bet that nobody is flying anywhere today regarding this hire.

I'm willing to bet that nobody is flying anywhere today regarding this hire. Based on what you just said, are you implying that the search started at zero today? I would like to think that it has been ongoing for a while since it is recruiting season.

I would like to think that it has been ongoing for a while since it is recruiting season. I don't think it's necessary to think the search is starting from zero to believe that no TF1 flights were made today. It seems to me that it is customary for a school to ask permission from another school to speak to one of its coaches about a job. To do that BEFORE actually having the meeting with the to be fired coach risks having the news of the firing leak, which would likely be a PR disaster...if not worse. Given that the firing occurred on Sunday, that/those "can we talk to your coach" conversations probably didn't occur until some time today, making a TF1 flight a difficult thing to pull off. In addition, this is Thanksgiving week which means that at best, Wednesday is the latest one of those flights can occur. I seriously doubt a school is going to let us speak to one of its coaches on Friday before the final game of the season. Now if those flights aren't happening by early next week, that will be cause for concern.

IF there was a Trojan Force One, they still would not be in the air today. The fact they have to use a jet and I'm hoping they would be interviewing guys who are in the middle of coaching their teams tells me they ain't flying today. It's also the year 2021, alot can be done via zoom and agents. Let me be clear, I know ZERO info. I'm just using some uncommon sense here.

Honestly, in the Zoom era, we may not even see flights go out. All you have to do is send a code and it's an immediate interview. It's also more efficient.

It could speed up interviews and speed up the whole process. I'm sure Jones is aware signing day is upon us and we don't want to not have anyone in place.

If we’re trying to really go out and grab a big name (I honestly don’t think we are) then you’d roll up in a jet. If we’re going after a former coordinator? Zoom it is. Lol

It depends if that coach is currently coaching if we zoom or not. Zoom might be easier for a coach who has other responsibilities.
