Thought this would be a good place to have some discussion of how we perceive rankings. Whether they be pre or post season. Obviously pre season rankings are to kill time and while they are good for that they are not worth much else. Be that as it may, how do u perceive the clusterings of the rankings? This may change (and probably will) in the future but I see it as follows: 1-3: Really kind of elite and the battle is between them for top dog. It should be 1-15 but currently IT IS NOT
4-15: kind of fall into next tier.
16-30: It is debatable where this group extends but that is a pretty good group of teams and at the end of the year have had good ones and not many injuries or were perceived as higher teams with injury bug
31-60: Depending in perception these teams could play each other and no one would probably have a consistent edge if balanced location to play
61- 90: Same just not as good or consistent As group above
91-115: another step or two down
120-130: well what can you say. There is always next year or the next decade
