If we go to Dollar General, does anyone know about the parking in Mobile? Last time I went to see Troy there, I parked at a mall and they had a shuttle bus to the stadium. Thanks for the info.

We paid $10 at the MPD equestrian farm 3 blocks from Ladd Peebles. Nothing to it, nice sales going on at the houses along the way. We could buy CD's, DVD's, clothes, food, the entrepreneurial spirit was alive and well.

We took shuttle buses from the hotels. It was cheap and easy.

For the DG bowl last year we parked at the stadium but I don't remember how much it was. Probably 10 to 20 dollars. Did the same thing a few years back when I had free tickets to Camellia Bowl.

The post above mine is correct. I parked at the stadium last year, it was between $10 and $20 and worth it. I got there pretty late, as in Fanfare had started, and there was still ample parking within the perimeter. Back in '09/'10 when we played CMU I did the thing where we gave cash to somebody in front of a house. I never like doing that for all sorts of reasons, so while that is slightly cheaper, I much prefer the stadium.

The only time you cant park at the stadium is when it is a South home game, they sell parking passes along with their 100 or so season tickets they sell. For the DG, they open the stadium fairly early, go park at the stadium and tailgate. You could park at one of the houses or take the shuttle, but when you can park at the stadium why bother with that.
