Have you not been following along? He and his staff are no good, and just as a blind squirrel will occasionally find a nut, so too did they get lucky tonight. No skill involved, just luck. They must go.

They have lost 4 league games by 11 points!!!! Let's actually get out there and support our Trojans and stop the bellyaching and griping.

We beat the #9 team in the conference and we are celebrating like we beat Duke?

Yeah... we all were singing praises after we beat UTA also... then proceeded to stink it up against Texas State and play poorly in the final minute against Arkansas State.
Regardless, it was a good win over a good Little Rock team, but...
Call us when the team strings more than one or two wins together. I'll happily eat humble pie when that happens.

As a relative newcomer to the board, you don't yet know all of us. That, coupled with the fact that a major problem with a message board is the absence of a sarcasm font, led to a complete misunderstanding of my post. Trust me, I'm not bellyaching and griping, not about the BB team and its coaching staff, at least. Trying to make arrangements to be there Saturday, along with 4 others. We are TROJANS, one and all!

Just show up saturday for a great DH beginning at 2:00. I don't care if you are for this staff or against it, these kids (men and women) deserve butts in the seats.

The main difference our record improved is the weakest OOC schedule in his tenure. I still don't think he is the answer for our program but if we win the conference I might change my mind. If we don't and he is given an extension our OOC next year might me....Ava Maria, Hunington, Faulkner, Colorado school of mines and Hiawassee

Why are the die hards that are defending coach as the next Dean Smith ok with and defining success as a .500 record ? And after four years. Sad. Let's hope the AD does not feel that way.

Throw in a lousy Ivy League school, a 4-10 Chicago St team when we played them and so some direction IL (losing record last year). Biggest team we played (not counting Hawaii) was a mediocre at best USF team

Sure the SWAC has bad records but have you seen their schedules?? Probably the absolute toughest around because they don't have a choice. And you may not think it was a tough OOC, but look at the travel they had to do. That's not easy for any team!

SWAC is a joke, Ivy League exception of Princeton is a joke. Throw in a D2 and NAIA. Look at Rigby. Played Tennessee, beat Villanova. I'll take loses in OOC against tough teams that get you ready for conference play. Like I said, we win the conference I'll eat crow. If we don't and exit round one or two, time to look for a coach

If we don't and exit round one or two, time to look for a coach Pro teams also have nutritionists, massage therapists, etc to help them get through those things and also aren't having to worry about school work. Our players don't have that luxury. You compliment the women's schedule but aren't looking into theirs any deeper: this is not a good Tennessee team, they are 12-7 overall. That Villanova team is only 11-9 which according to you is not a good record.

I have always been slow to join any "fire the coach" bandwagon. Winning is what coaches are paid to do. If they do not, replacing them is one of the things ADs are paid to do. I just don't see how continually spewing the venom of "FIRE THE COACH", in a public forum, benefits anyone. Short of a miraculous turnaround I would support a coaching change in MBB, but my public support for the current Trojan coaches, players, teams, in every sport is much more important than my agreeing (or not) with personnel decisions in the Athletic Department. A fan's primary role is to root for his/her teams to win! But this is all only my humble opinion.
