Stumbled across the game. It's on Fox Sports 1, channel 150 on DISH.
5:58 left in the first half. Troy is up 27-21.

Posted another thread but we lost by 9 to a Big East school in basketball, its an L but it shows we are improving. Why are we glad we lost by only 9 to a team just because they are from the Big East? Seton Hall is typically near the bottom of the Big East. A pretty loss Seton Hall is just another loss and doesn't make Troy look good. Fact of the matter is these players need to improve. They have absolutely got to rebound better. Too many times this season we let the opposing team get offensive rebounds and get a second shot off. They HAVE to improve free-throwing too. It's a little embarrassing when your team can't make a free throw... Last but not least, if these guys don't learn to drive into the paint better or feed the ball to the big guys better, we aren't going to win many games this season. I don't know if that's a scheme issue by Cunningham or what, but something has got to change. Shooting 25 or more 3-pointers is usually a bad sign. Even though that didn't happen in this game, they did a lot of drives to the basket that weren't smart that either lead to poor shots or steals. Come on people... this basketball program used to have a proud history of winning. Let's not settle for mediocrity.

Whether it is some that believe that they don't want to fire coaches because there friends or the coach is a "nice guy" or it's the good ole boy network/small town mentality. Part of the student base has accepted it as norm. Most students on campus have never seen a winning season in men's basketball or football.

As long as the coach says were improving and we can beat d2 teams that's all that matters. Record doesn't amount to anything at Troy. We have drawn bigger crowds to the women's soccer games than to some basketball games. Why?? Coach Hamilton puts a winning product on the field that students find exciting. on a sadder note I watched Jax. St play to a packed stadium on ESPN last night as the 12-1 Jsu, #1 in FCS won its game and sadly realized that used to be Troy.

They have moved up and are playing on the highest level. Great to be a Troy Trojan!

And as bad as this pains me, it a good thing we didn't play Jax St this year.

They showed home side stands ...away side very sparse. Even for utc when they brought lots of support, not full. (my dad played at jsu, so we went). And yes ... Still hard to pull for them!
