Troy seniors Corey Robinson and Eric Thomas were reflective at Monday's weekly press conference, reminiscing over their time as Trojans with with their final game at Veterans Memorial Stadium against Texas State coming up on Nov. 29th. The quarterback-wide receiver tandem has become an all-time great combinations during their careers. Robinson, a 6-foot-1, 205-pounder from Paducah, Ky. recently became just the fourth player in NCAA history to pass for 3,000 yards in four-straight seasons and moved into ninth all-time in career passing yards with 13, 344. "I came here a long time ago, it seems like, and it seems like I been playing here, you know, forever," Robinson said. "I want to thank Coach (Larry) Blakeney, first and foremost, for giving me my opportunity to play Division I football. And then I want to thank my teammates man, all the guys that I've played with that have helped me get the amount of success I've had passing the football." Thomas is the Sun-Belt's all-time leader in career touchdown catches with 28 and counting. His 11 touchdowns grabs this season are tops in the league. "Time flies," Thomas said. "It feels like I just got here and now it's coming up on my last games. You know we just take everyday as a blessing. We just thank the coaches here at Troy and everyone that helped us out here."
