Mr. Ho usually give student 'F' each home game and deservedly so, but not this year. In fact, after two game he give them 'A' for entire rest of season. They do more in two game than student do entire last decade. Mr. Ho also apologize to student for old codger on board that not like it when they not have enough room to play football catch in stand during game...or stand up and holler 'RTR' or lay down and take nap. How they pine for the day when we play Virginia Union in front of 35 people. They not like much of anything anyway other than complain about recruiting or parking or tailgating or intramural flag football or beer at stadium or kick-off time. Mr. Ho pray student keep show up but he fear Dear Leader and AD Whatshisname will cower to alleged high-roller on board who demand action immediately because they Big Time Eexecutive at Flim-Flam Car Wash and Express Lube and call in National Guard. Next thing we know Neal Young write song about tragedy at TMTDM football game, but that ok with troystet as long as all fraternity member get head cracked open and sorority girl forced to wear burqa because they not pay enough attention to him during 80's. What real disgrace was home side. Another pathetic showing from Pike County. This greatest 'Black-out' Game Attempt in Sunbelt History - seriously, any other of lowly Sunbelt school (and all of CDOA) would kill for a crowd like this. Heck, that equal total season attendance for UCF-Boca. Get over it-that's an awesome site.

I noticed the home side upper deck too.

Wow I did not realize it was as bad as the pic shows. It would be nice to know how many fewer season ticket holders we have now than say 4 years ago....winning helps attitude helps....the student section was great from numbers wise and cheering and staying

At one point, those were corporate seating...has that changed? And, if so, can they be redistributed for the profit?

Given that the announced attendance was just under 23,000, I'm not going to suggest the house was packed. I do think, however, the picture of the home side is misleading. I can't see the upper deck from my lower level seats but I can see the lower level. I know that the lower level was provably 90% full until late 3rd, early 4th qtr. For most of the game, there was no where near as many empty lower level and bench back seats as are seen in this picture (I've already voiced my opinion about fans leaving early in this close game). All this is to say, this picture was taken late and while I'm sure the upper deck was no where near full, I suspect it wasn't this empty and I know the lower level wasn't. I'm not accusing anyone of intentionally trying to paint a negative picture but I don't think the home side crowd was as bad as seen here.

I'd be glad to take some upper deck seats off somebody's hands that are too lazy to show up.

Rachel in the ticket office talked me into upper deck seats for the rest of the year... She said something about keeping Hemi from falling over the railing or something.

I'm curious. I know stadium club used to sell out, is this still true? And what about the chair back just below SC? I know in 2013 I did section 116 on a 4 pack. Horrible seats, you couldn't see anything on the other end. They need to offer something in the upper deck above 116 imo

At one point, those were corporate seating...has that changed? And, if so, can they be redistributed for the profit? season ticket holders down from 4 years ago.....my little section 4 years ago only about 8-12 empty seats.....now its more than half empty.....folks use to see every year no longer there.....simple poor effort and results on field made it hard to watch except for some of us.....and the tickets are a little more expensive in the chair backs so think some just plain gave up.....start winning and others will show...they are great seats......section 212 overhang 5 rows,,,,

Looks like the picture of the home side was taken from the USA seats.

I think most of the people on the home side are inside most of the game in the stadium club. Probably watching reruns of the Bama/Barn games from 1981-2014

I've owned Stadium Club seats since moving to Troy 3 years back. A good many people in our smallish neighborhood who are under 75 also are Stadium Clubbers. That's families, friends, neighbors and that all equates to other kids and "entertainment" for The Boy. There's sort of an informal agreement amongst the dads of the group where we take turns spending time inside providing a modicum of supervision to the kids and watching the game from behind the glass. I know for certain that our first year here uat and au games were prominently on display on the various tvs and we'd get Barry's broadcast on the speakers. As I recall last year, that seemed to diminish somewhat as to other team games on the tv. Been out of town somewhat unexpectedly the games this season so my tix went unused for the opener and a friend used them last week, but, believe I heard that only TU games on tv there now.
Food's not the best I've ever had but it's on par with what I'd expect and much better than a sharp stick in the eye.
