It's really that simple.
That's what Troy coach Larry Blakeney listed when asked what his team has to play for now that it's been eliminated from contention for a Sun Belt Conference title.
The Trojans are 5-5 (3-3), heading into their last two games of the season, including Saturday's 11 a.m. matchup on the road against Ole Miss (6-3, 3-3 in the SEC) and a home meeting against Texas State the day after Thanksgiving.
"I think if we can get bowl-eligible, we'll get a bowl," Blakeney said at the Trojans' weekly press conference. "We've got some really premiere players on our team, players that people like to play and we have demonstrated a pretty followship (following) as far as bowls go. (Full Article)
