None of the FCS schools above compete with schools that have won multiple national titles. NDSU competes against Montana (multiple Nat Championships) App St competed against Georgia Southern which won multiple Nat championships.

My wish is that these students finally realize that they are not at Bama and Auburn. Some couldn't get in there, some could not afford it. For what it's worth, some of us were accepted to Bama, FSU and Arkansas....but chose TROY! I applaud that. There are students that choose Troy and I am proud that my own daughter chose to leave central Florida to attend Troy.

Troy is four hours from three different national championship teams In the last decade.

True, but App St is in a state with UNC, NCSt, Duke, Wake Forest and just north of South Carolina and Clemson and East Carolina. Georgia Southern is outdrawing us with UGA and Tech. ULL has LSU, ASU has Arkansas, Texas St has Texas, A&M, Tech, Houston, SMU, UTEP, UTSA, UNT. Every mid major has the same challenges. All things considered, a school of 7,000 a town of 16,000 and a county of 36,000...we draw pretty well.
