I’m taking my two teenage kids to the SBC championship game next Saturday. Our go to is Crowe’s for pre-game. Since there is no longer a location in Troy (I don’t want to go to Brundidge) could you all give me some suggestions on where to take them?

Since there is no longer a location in Troy (I don’t want to go to Brundidge) could you all give me some suggestions on where to take them? If you've not attended a home game in several years, the pregame offerings and atmosphere are light years ahead of even 4 years ago. In addition to several food trucks Hemi mentioned, Horn Beverage/Anheuser sponsors a beer garden on Tailgate Terrace, several clothing concessions are there and at Alumni House, a Live Concert, Trojan Walk and lots of friendly/hospitable Tailgaters. Even inside The Vet, there are now Pizza, Chicken, Beer, Sandwich (Conecuh Sausage Dogs)and more private vendors around the South Endzone Terrace. Oh, and for the "younger" set, free, inflated air toys (Kids Zone) to jump around on. For my $$$$, Preston's on South 231 and Half Shell offer consistently good food. Check out the Downtown Square, many more food options there as well. Baumhower's will be slammed.
