This is rivalry week for most, so no chance this snooze fest game will make it national. We’re lucky they even have internet to get the game out to the world in Arkansas.

I heard its going to be on ESPN The Ocho. Nothing worse than ESPN3 and ESPN+. The best hands down was the NFL Network. I beleive that was Marshall and they did an outstanding job

Even the preproduction was solid with the analysts "flying in" on the helicopter. Little things like that attract viewers because it signals a quality broadcast. On ESPN 3 it feels like you're watching someone livestream a football game on a contraband cell phone in Atmore.

However, at least I can and have watched games that I can not attend. . I love the phrase: " It is what it is". Not because it says a dang thang but because it is really hard to have something be something else that it is not. (No present culture intention meant.....sort of)

NEW ORLEANS – The Sun Belt Conference, in conjunction with ESPN, announced that the Week 13 game between Troy and Arkansas State has been elevated to ESPNU.
The Troy at Arkansas State game, now scheduled for 3:30 p.m. ET/2:30 p.m. CT on Saturday, Nov. 26, was originally slated for ESPN+ at 3:00 p.m. ET/2:00 p.m. CT. The game will be simulcast on ESPN+.
The teams have split the past four meetings, with the visiting team proving victorious in each. A Troy win would secure a spot in the Sun Belt football championship game for the first time in Trojans program history.

Well we want some of the spotlight here it is. Now to take advantage of it and just win baby!!. I know UAT and Aublow play at the same time. What I really want is to ask all those bammers who they play on December 3rd? Knowing they're at the house while the Trojans are grilling beach chicken

“A Troy win would secure a spot in the Sun Belt football championship game for the first time in Trojans program history.”
The above is from the Sun Belt office press release regarding Saturday’s game. Maybe it’s just me, maybe I’m being particularly ornery this AM, but that statement really ruffles my feathers. Though it is a factually true statement, it is, in my opinion, a prime example of how the conference belittles us if given an opportunity. It’s true, we’ve never in our program’s history been to the conference championship game, but this will make only the 5th time that the game has been played. A much better, and accurate, statement would be
Though a Troy owns numerous conference titles, a Troy win would secure a spot in the Sun Belt football championship game for the first time in the championship game’s 5 year history.
That’s my “Get off my lawn” post of the day.

Win Saturday and win in the Championship game - I think that would be league leading # of Championships at 7 - and while some were shared, that's the way it was And we have 6 now which is still the most of any team in the SBC
