Roughly three weeks until the season starts, unofficially. Fall Ball marks the unofficial return of Troy Football and I can't believe it's right around the corner. I plan on attending some practices to get a look at several exciting position battles taking place this fall.
Anyone have a schedule for fall practice?

When I talked with KE I believe he said they report around July 27. That's the date I was told a couple of weeks back. I think I'll have a beer.

The 31st is the first day of fall practice Any updates skeet on what's going on during summer drills? I've heard UAB and USA are doing some intense military style training. May have been spring camp but I am wondering what kind of things we are doing this year to get/stay mentally and physically in shape before the season starts.

They are working out four days a week with weights and doing a lot of cardio. They are also working out on the field three days a week and also doing a lot of cardio after each self practice. The team will be in better shape this year than they have been in year's past. The biggest thing is we have leadership, teamwork and theybavk to talking about winning a championship.
