I have some strong feeling about NIL much like the rest of us.My son played two years under scholarship with the traditional 3 meals 2 snacks and no cost of attendance stipend and two years with a stipend and the far more lenient food service players can have now.A Troy scholarship (year round, education, dorm and food service) probably scares 100K for 4 years. The stipend fills in the cracks nicely and is much appreciated 25K additional over a players' tenure and deserved.THAT IS PLENTY.All the rest is manipulation by outside influences that want control of the players earlier.Congress needs to step in and get some sanity back. This is an easy fixed. My son will perform his first eye surgery on July 10th,thanks to a FREE Troy education.God Bless. I too owed no money leaving college partly due to the good and beautiful game of college football. Don't perform surgery like your son but including 4 more years after college it was nice not having that cost to fund as well. I would love to actually hear (see) his actual opinion about the NIL etc. He and I are obviously from differing generations but "football been bery bery good to me"

We just got face masks when I played

And what are going to do? The supreme court had said they it is against antitrust law to not allow them to profit.
