I got an email saying YouTubeTV lost negotiations with Disney, so I will no longer get Disney, ESPN, nor ABC. The TV world is so confusing right now for the consumer. I have subscriptions to Disney+ and ESPN+ but I can't watch content on the ESPN channels when they are live. So I could watch SBC football content if it were in season, but the ABC and ESPN games would not be available to me. I'm hoping this works itself out soon. Since I assume everyone here watches lots of football, what is your favorite streaming service?

That’s the number one reason why I haven’t and probably won’t cut the chord. By the time you pay for all the streaming services you want, I don’t find the savings to be that significant compared to the hassle.

My cable/internet bill went from just over $170/month to about $205. I cut the cord, went with Hulu + Live TV. After paying for that and the internet needed to stream it, I was saving about $50/month. Then, at the end of the 2020 MLB season, HULU lost the rights to broadcast the regional sports channels. I’m as big a baseball fan as I am a football fan, so I had to explore options. ATT Direct was the only streaming service that would provide all that my wife and want to watch. The bill for streaming/internet would have been $5/month less than cable. I went back to Comcast and they agreed to 2 years at the previous rate. I reconnected cable, no streaming hassle, and am saving money. I don’t see myself streaming again.

I just use sling. It gives you access to ESPN channels on TV or ESPN app.

My issue is, I have espn+ and Disney+ on different bundles with different expiration dates.

Since I assume everyone here watches lots of football, what is your favorite streaming service? Hulu Live on a Roku. It had all the sports channels including CBSSN and a few random things Sling didn't when I switched a few years ago. It's half the price of my local cable company and I'd have Netflix and Disney+ regardless of my cable provider, so I come out cheaper in the long run. Have D+ and ESPN+ bundled into Hulu. It's not really so much a savings thing as a convenience thing.

All those are good options…if you don’t want to watch Braves baseball.🤷♂️ Main reason I kept cable so long. Just moved to DIRECTV Stream which has Bally. I pay more but can watch from anywhere now versus with Mediacom.

The Verizon is still working for me. 13 bucks for ESPN plus, regular Hulu and Disney Plus.

I have Fubo TV. $64.95 including taxes and a tremendous sports package I jumped on Fubo as soon as my YouTubeTV deal went in the toilet Friday night. I've been very pleased and LOVE the split screen option during bowl season.

I think he means multiple streams at one time and not split screen on one TV. I’m doing FUBO free trial for 7 days and seeing what happens. Don’t like not having TBS and TNT especially come NCAA Tournament and MLB Playoffs.

I went with Direct TV stream during the baseball season to watch the Braves games. Once they got to the post season, no more games on Bally, so I switched back to Hulu and saved $25 a month. Once baseball season starts back up (hopefully on time!) I will switch back to Direct TV stream. I was playing about $125+ a month before I cut the cord with regular Direct TV, so I am still seeing a decent monthly savings, just got to deal with paying an exorbitant cable bill here locally with Troy Cable to get a decent stream.

Not for me. Am I missing something? I had to restart my Apple TV to get it back. Also check your guide settings to see how it’s displaying channels.
