What is up with the Coin Flip on the DH spot all year long? Also, it was a huge gamble to throw a reliever in a must win game. Not sure how that makes sense can anyone help me?

They were trying to find someone to step up and grab the DH spot and no one did. Also, Gamble had started 4 games earlier in the season, he wasn't new to the role.

Funny how many people know so much, but have never coached. It’s one of those deals that you have your finger on the pulse of your team and you make a call. Sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn’t!
