Got a question I'm not sure what the answer is. A friend of mines son has earned both his under grad and masters in four years and per current NCAA rules has two years eligibility left as he sat this season out after his conference had cancelled their season but just reinstated it. Can you grad transfer and play two years and what do you do if you have went as high as you can in your degree? Can you grad transfer and then take undergrad classes in another major? They aren't even sure how this will work

Still doesn't answer the question as it states "under graduate" degree in order to transfer. I'm not sure there has been a grad transfer with his masters already earned and two years eligibility left. Going to be interesting

Going to be interesting It appeared to me that a player can carry any unused years of eligibility at transfer time. Agree, each case may have specific limitations.

I would agree that a player can carry unused years over due to transfer per the NCAA and if he or she has complete their degree at the highest level (Master/ Doc) the opportunity has afforded them to start on a new one . I could be wrong, but if I was in those shoes (which would be never LOL) I would contact a counselor for guidance.
