Why aren't the MTSU games showing up on the official Troy schedule? They appear on the MTSU schedule?

It hasn’t been officially announced by Troy, yet.

It hasn’t been officially announced by Troy, yet. I wonder why? MTSU has been posting it on Twitter, Facebook... they've even gone ahead and named their game vs. Troy as their "Family Game" with special concessions deals.
I know I'm not a college football game scheduler... just doesn't make sense to me why Troy is still waiting though.

My thought would be that Troy is looking to fill the home portion of that game this year with a different opponent to avoid the unusual home and home in the same season. Maybe they will find an opponent and postpone the home portion of that series to next year or a future year. This will guarantee the return of the palladium for years to come.

Troy is trying to finish the entire schedule that has now changed 482 times before announcing that series with MTSU. It's out there, does not matter that Troy has not released anything in my opinion. I think it's funny that MTSU was so quick to discuss it when the rumor was, they were "too good / big to play us" when they left SBC for CUSA.
