Let's get some smack going. These fools stand in our way from getting swag bags and extra practice. These losers from a rest stop school along I-10 need to be punished. I say TMTDM rolls. Troy 52 - 24.

Lou Holtz was one of my favorite people to listen to when he was coaching because he would say things like the following if he were the coach of Troy about playing "sister marrying brother U of Loseranna"
.
There is no way we have the talent to play with them on the field. There taller, faster, stronger and probably better coached. If we can keep it within 20 we will be lucky but if the ball bounces right we could be in the game late and that is all we can hope for. It is likely that Loseranna is one of the best G5 programs in all of college football and coach Napier has them playing at a real high level. I think they should already be ranked and it is an honor to play them. We hope that we can have enough after the game to mount a game the following week.
.
Lou was notorious for underplaying his hand. I think we have an advantage because I hear it is " take your sister out to dinner instead of just making out at home week at Loseranna."

You guys can keep it close. But roll? I can’t see that happening.

You guys can keep it close. But roll? I can’t see that happening. Please get word to your team that Troy is shaking in their shoes scared to play the Ragin Caguns this Saturday and they realize they have ZERO chance of winning the game. Tell them to take it easy on our team. Thanks!

I think the kinks have been worked out on both sides of the ball. Most people can't see past one game, or take the opponent into consideration. Our performances have been relative to our opponents. Are we a bottom ten team? Absolutely not, and that's obvious when you see the box score against Akron, South Alabama, and Texas State. That said, every team that we've played well against on defense has an absolutely atrocious offense, with the exception of Georgia Southern, and we all why they weren't very effective versus our defense. I'd say we've gone from the sky is falling to a respectable team, but to say the kinks have been worked out on both sides of the ball is a bit premature, and ignorant of our strength of opponent. Hold the Cajuns to 28 or less and win the game and I'd say we're beginning to live up to preseason expectations. Blowouts versus bad teams don't mean much other than we're not complete garbage.

Excellent points. We played great against GA Southern no doubt but we caught them imo flat after upsetting App the week before. How we play this Sat against a good La La will be a good measuring stick about our improvement. Currently our best win is against a 6-4 Ga Southern team, our other wins are FCS, 0-11, 1-9, 3-7 Our losses are against 7-3, 6-4, 6-4, 5-5 and 4-6.
