Should be at 11:30. I believe Troy Athletic's Facebook account will have it live. Need that injury report. Hopefully Todd, Tyus, and Nixon are ready to go.

As an Akron native, I'm trying to figure out what unique challenge playing in Akron that our guys aren't accustomed to? Cold? No it was 85. Snow? No. Tough team? No. 200 people in the stands? Bingo!!!

Bingo!!! Bus ride, cramped airplane, soggy sandwich box, team meetings, curfew, hotel breakfast, industrial smog, Pepsi. There are some challenges.

Bingo!!! I'm sure it is a funny feeling when you are playing in a stadium so quiet that you can hear the conversations among the players on both sidelines. Probably makes you think you're at practice instead of a real game.

As an Akron native, I'm trying to figure out what unique challenge playing in Akron that our guys aren't accustomed to? Cold? No it was 85. Snow? No. Tough team? No. 200 people in the stands? Bingo!!! Attendance was terrible. Max of 3500. I will say their fans were nothing, but nice. We met a guy, at the sports bar across from the stadium, that gave us club level tickets. Super nice people in there as well. It’s a nice stadium, it’s sad the attendance isn’t better. According to the guy that gave us tickets even when they were winning attendance was awful. Diehard Ohio St fans everywhere.

Back when they played in the old Rubber Bowl they would do what was called the Acme Zip game every year where ACME Grocers gave out free tickets. Only time they would have over 5,000 in attendance. Other problem Sat was a sold out Indians game 40 miles up the road. Really sad that Massillon High and Canton McKinnley High (stadium the HOF game is played in) both have 20,000 seat stadiums and out draw the college

Even now, among my group of Trojans, if anyone needs an extra ticket there is no charge. I feel like attendance at The Vet is still fragile. A 7 win season could push us back to the stone age.
