Really impressed with him. Size, enough speed and great hands. I think he has a shot in the NFL. Heard scouts were there to look at Damion at the Bowl game.

He needs to add some weight but has the skills - his body control and ability to high point the ball - wow

Hope he makes it but WR are plentiful any more with everyone running spread offenses What if? Seems if a Sr can graduate and enter a Masters program and get a 5th year somewhere else, why couldn't the Powers at ncaa see it reasonable to stay at the same institution for a Masters and same deal???

I think it's still the 4th year of eligibility though, right? But sure would love to have him back for a full/healthy year.

Never understood that rule...but there are many things I don't understand with the NCAA I suspect the intent is to prevent schools from padding the roster. By requiring all scholarships to eventually end up as athletic scholarships, it keeps a school from having 18 scholarships as well as "finding" academic, community service, or other types of aid to pad the roster. ADs are wily folks, and they'll find a way around limitations if given a chance. That's just my uneducated guess, but it's probably at least a factor.
