Hosted at Coastal Carolina's Stadium... Last time I checked, the Vet was far superior to the Cramton Bowl. Maybe Mr. McClain should get on the line with the Camellia Bowl folks and offer a better venue. Surf Report:We have overcast skies on Pensacola Beach, air temp is 57, water is 74, wind is blowing 12-24 mph out of the NNW. Surf is running knee to thigh high.

And we can't say that it is just because we are 45 minutes from Montgomery and a 2.5 hour drive to the beach... Montgomery AT LEAST has a few things to do... such as hundreds of different restaurants, ample shopping, museums, the Capitol, Montgomery Zoo, and a bunch of historical places/tours. Troy has... Pioneer Museum, downtown Troy, and Johnson Center for the Arts... and that's basically all you can do besides find a chicken spot on Hwy 231, aka The Chicken Strip. Plus, Troy doesn't have near enough hotels to accommodate travelers of two different teams, and no visitor ideally wants to stay in Montgomery, Enterprise, or Dothan.

OK, so. How many post-season bowl games is that now? So do we lower admission to 5-7 W/L records to qualify?
Kinda like little Johnny's ball team. Everyone gets a Certificate of Participation for their wall.
On the other hand, there must be $$ in hosting bowl games; everyone's doing it.

Probably a preparation to a 16 seed playoff bracket years down the line. 8 "top" bowls then the rest
