I'm trying to do a write up for The Trojan Wall on Forgotten 5 on the CCU game and I wanted to include something about our record in Military Appreciation games. I found out that the tradition started in 2000 and was usually a game close to Veterans Day. I've found everything back to 2006 and I found the year 2000, but can't find anything from 2001-2005.
I wondered if any of y'all could shed some light on which games were the military appreciation ones for those years.
Thanks in advance.

With all the kneeling and crap going on, this makes me even prouder to be a Troy Alumni. My father in law is a retired Army Lt. Colonel who was in air calvary in Vietnam and spent time at Fort Rucker. His health is bad now as he is 90 years old but I would have loved to have taken him to this. God Bless our military and Troy for doing this every year

That would be great if you could bring him. Maybe they will have a good aerial of the flag covering the field that you can take to him.

No way he could ride in a car or get up the stands. He's had both knees and hips replaced. He lives 15 minutes from us and it's a job getting him out to eat or to our house. Combat veteran of Korea and two tours in Vietnam
