The Sun Belt Conference has only a couple of months to make up their minds on inviting a 12th team, due to the fact that any FCS school must declare their intentions by June 1st deadline set out by the NCAA. If a 12th team is invited they must declare their move up to FBS level by June 1st in order to be a member in 2015.
Here is a list of all the possible schools that may be interested, but not ready to make the move or they may not want to bring all of their sports to the Sun Belt Conference.
Liberty
James Madison
Chattanooga
Jacksonville State
Missouri State
Sam Houston State
Commissioner Benson has already stated that he would like to see a team added to the east to be a travel partner for Appalachian State.

Eastern Kentucky could also be in the mix.

JMU has to be the first choice. I know a lot of Troy fans are against JSU but that would be a fun one also.

James Madison would be my first pick. They have a solid athletic program and excellent facilities.
