Depends on what you are willing to spend on a steak. The 501 restaurant is a high end steakhouse but its worth every penny. Omar's downtown is quite good. Doe's Eat Place is based out of Little Rock but has just opened a new steakhouse here. Longhorn Steakhouse is my personal favorite as far as quality/price. We have all of the usual chain places, Outback, etc...SKinny J's downtown serves a bit of everything. Good atmosphere and decent prices. Nawlins(new orleans cuisine) is close to Skinny Js. Creegan's Pub, next to Skinny J's, has traditional Irish food along with a nice selection of on-tap beverages. Tons of other options.

I wouldn't eat Skinny J's. Too Razorback friendly for me.
We've got a ton of restaurants now. Just be award that if you are looking to drink, not all of them serve alcohol due to Dry County regulations. Most places here now serve it thanks to a couple new back ways around the law, but its always best to check

Sounds like we will have a healthy group of Troy fans making the trip up. Wish I could go.

Hemi you guys going to the Troy Tailgate? Just wondering if we might be able to get the Alumni folks to bring TV's, etc to the tailgate and actually make it a tailgate. Could care less about the SEC game but would love to see some football.
Hope to see a bunch of you there!

If you are a fan of cajun food you have to try N'Awlins. It is a local joint downtown. It is yummy. Can't go wrong with J'Town's, but it gets very crowded. If you want pizza go to Upper Crust! We have plenty of local joints so you can stay away from the chains.

Really good burgers. Very close to the best in town. TJ's makes the best....they literally grind the meat for the patties everyday. JTown's is just north of the stadium. Very nice atmosphere and nice bar area. Service is excellent.
