I can't believe they left out Coastal Carolina and they didn't even include them in the first four out.

Yes, South Alabama is the only Sun Belt team in Regionals.
It was a bad year for at-large teams like ULL and Coastal Carolina. A lot of teams that normally wouldn't have made it to Regionals as at-large teams wound up winning their conference tournaments, which took a lot of spots from at-large teams.
Teams like Dallas Baptist, Sam Houston State, BYU, Xavier, UMBC, and Rice all took away at-large bids.
Even CUSA, who had four or five teams in the Top 50 RPI, only had one at-large team.
