I just noticed USA is on a Wednesday. I'm not happy with that, but I'll be there. Hope the crowd shows.

Attendance will take a hit on that Saturday after thanksgiving game. I know our folks have lobbied hard to not be at home that weekend because of the slim crowd.
South on a Wednesday is interesting. I like any exposure on national TV though.

Both will be doing something else in 2018 when we host our first divisional conference championship game. I believe we are in the east, with a permanent crossover game with west member south alabama.

I know you like to think that, but some of us can't just tell our bosses we're taking a few days off mid-week for a football game. I expect one weeknight home game just because. No one should have to deal with more than that in any program (and no, there aren't a lot of random people watching Sunbelt football on ESPNU). I'll still get the season tickets, but hate the scheduling since we'll be missing two of our six home games. Kinda feel cheated.

It's not easy, but it's manageable for the benefit of the program. Lots of potential Trojan fans and future players sitting home on those weeknights watching those games. If you think it's that bad, take a look at the MAC schedule.

I'm very excited about the national TV exposure, but I'll be limited to only two home games this year.

It IS a personal choice! Last year I used all three of my personal days at work on football. The Wednesday night and Thursday night games this year will take two of mine which leaves one available IF we go to a weird bowl that takes a week day. It COULD be worst! SBC has a total of 11 week day games (yes, we have two of them), BUT THIS makes you feel sorry for our MAC friends to the North: MAC 2017 Schedule31 weekday games and NO SATURDAY football for the entire month of November!!
