Good group...and a top 25 position player is nothing to sneeze at. Setting up TROY women's basketball for a brighter future for sure.

I'm the first one to admit I'm not a basketball expert or really even a fan of the sport but I do care about Troy basketball. I noticed we signed a 6"3 center. That sounds promising because I remember the Oregon State game Coach Rigby talking about the huge size disadvantage we had. This should help on both sides for rebounding and getting the ball inside where we don't have to rely on lower percentage long outside shots as much? Thoughts from the experts??

The thing I like about her isn't just her size but that she runs the floor well. For a center to be able to run the floor will be huge with the fast pace we play. And when we are firing long range shots it will be an advantage to get the rebounds but I would not look for HCCR to change the style of play.
