Game Day folks...I am about as excited as a kid at Christmas. Should be a beautiful day. I am truly thankful to my Lord for all...including even the trivial and while today's game is probably in that category I hope all travel safe and enjoy The Homecoming events...see ya there

Right there with you. Getting ready to head out for a beautiful day of tailgating, seeing old friends and enjoying a full on beat down of some "puddy tats"

As one of the newest members of the Sunbelt, GA State knows nothing of TMTDM. It's time they learn a history lesson and how history often repeats itself.
And the commander's spirit, ranging for revenge, shall, in a monarch's voice, cry "HAVOC", and let slip the dogs of war.

23,913 lively fans (and that's not an inflated attendance #) perfect weather, a great response to adversity (self imposed and officiating crew imposed), a great win to get us to 5-1. It's a great day to be a Trojan. Bring on USA, and let's continue to Rebuild the Wall!

Our O linemen had their hands full and late in the fourth they just collapsed into the chairs on the sideline. They left it all on the field today and I hope they rest well tonight. They earned it. This team took another step forward today, and I think the fans did too. We showed up, we were loud and it mattered.

I agree with all sentiments. I sure thought I was in for a heart attack when we went down 14 to 6...
Very impressed with the fight this team continues to show.

Oh man what a game day! The weather was perfect and the campus was a sea of cardinal. Although it was a tough win on the field I am glad that we struggled before we head to Mobile. I think it is better to show we are not invincible and have to earn it at home than on the road. I'm still claiming 11-1 and I'm pumped for Thursday night!

My step daughter who graduated last year from Troy got to go with us for the first time yesterday and she says asked her old sorority friends about the mood with the students and they were trying to explain that students are ALL in...no more other school colors and shirts and THEY are excited about TROY football etc...just hearing my step daughter lamenting she wished it was like that when she were there...and Neal Brown probably will get some Presidential votes

Such a refreshing scene yesterday with students filling the expanded student section. I watched them from my perch just above them and man were they involved and cheering. Soon the student section will need additional room and that is an amazing thought. Cry HAVOC!!! Go TROJANS!!!

And % wise, how many alums show up to support Troy?? All you folks do is complain about student participation and in the 12 years that I've attended these games the Student section and support has grown 3-4 fold.
8 buses X 50 students + 6 buses X SOTS heading to Mobile Thursday night!!!!. We'll see how many Alums are "All in".

My point was we were struggling the first half and if a team ever needs those "all inners" it's when things are not going well. I just mentioned to my buddy at the start of the 3rd quarter that I was floored, after reading all the post about how the students had bought into supporting this team why 1/2 would leave at halftime of a home game with the game in the line. It's no big deal, that's the way it's ALWAYS been at Troy but I thought this year it was......oh well!

These students are light years ahead of past support, Give credit where it's due.. all I'm sayin'.
BTW, I sit in reserved section, West stands... mass exodus of fans at halftime as well!!!
