Sounds like something at the post office was hungry and tried to eat a package or two...

My tickets were not pushed in the envelope far enough and so they got stuck on the glue strip. This really only affects the pristine quality of game 1 tickets and just between us friends, picking off glue boogers from the edge of the tickets was enjoyable. I'm good to go for September 3! Mine were stuck too....I have seen surgical repairs with worse closure than the ticket package and used a little scaple to dis adhere the tickets without wripping them

Just got mine and they look like they were pulled out of the trash can. Packaging had holes in it and tix stuck in the glue. My apologies - I can assure you that they didn't leave our ticket office with holes punched in the envelope. Please take a quick photo and send to me - sastroud@troy.edu. Thanks- Steve

My envelope was partially open with the tickets stuck to the glue too. Ripped the corner of one ticket off trying to remove them. Taped the corner back on...hope they'll still take it. The envelope also looked like it had gotten soaking wet at some point too even though it hasn't rained here for days.
I was blaming UPS, though, b/c a box I got at the same time was ripped almost completely in half. Couldn't believe the contents were ok, but luckily, they were!

My envelope had hints of perfume and a red lipstick imprint. Could be the delivery women. Hmmmmm...

Mine came today... Same glue issue as others... My Austin Peay ticket ripped along the bar code... Hopefully the ticket folks still take it.
The question is what if they don't? Then what?

...or maybe call the ticket office or Steve Stroud...he's aware of the issues that have been mentioned. They'll make it right.
...or just blame Hemi...

Glue gate > Flimsy Cup Gate from a few years back.

Glue gate > Flimsy Cup Gate from a few years back. Those cups were terrible! I think they replaced those cups mid season and I still use those replacements all the time. Hundreds of uses and dishwasher cycles and they are still mint. Troy isn't perfect, but when they correct a mistake, they go all out. Next season's ticket deliveries will be by a dude with a metal briefcase handcuffed to his wrist.

Why do we even bother with mailing them out? Have it set up where you can print the ticket or scan the code on your phone. Then if you want to have a ticket to a certain game that was awesome or historic in the life of the Trojans then you can request that set of tickets. Might save some money. Like when we beat Clemson or when Chunn breaks the record for touchdowns I would like to have the tickets with the picture in my office.

I received mine yesterday, in the too small envelope stuck to the glue. I am not mad, just question why anyone would go ahead and ship tickets in that condition rather than correcting it!

Just a thought but why couldn't you print your tickets like ticketmaster does, it would cut down on the costs of printing those tickets also. Another idea would be to be able to scan the ticket when you pull it up on your phone. Just a thought
