I think he's one of the best, if not the best, recruiters Troy has...he does that quite often on twitter whenever a new "brick" is added. #Woooooo!

Lucky yesterday and Letton today, cannot wait for WEDNESDAY!!! These two additions have Troy moving on UP:
Troy 2016 Football Commits (29): 247Sports Composite National Rank of 83, Sun Belt Rank of 2, Avg Rating: 0.7858
QUESTION: WHAT could be better than Troy moving UP from 3rd in the Sun Belt? ANSWER: South moving DOWN to 5th in the Sun Belt.

We are killing it at DE/BAN/LB. We were the best front seven in the SBC last season along with maybe App State (not something I thought I'd hear). With Lebbie, Dillard, Stadom, McGhee, Cain, Lucas, Lloyd, Smiley, the addition of coach Jordan Lesley (likely a bigger impact than many realize), and these new guys, we are truly building a monster.

Need to give props to the inside guys that were working in the trenches. They got better and better each game when it came to stopping the run and putting pressure on the QB. Calloway, Sanders, Peek and Slater will all be returning in 2016. The D should be even better this up coming season!

I think one thing that is the most noticeable about this class is the size of the players. Coach Brown is no longer recruiting 6'0" or shorter defensive players, and no more 6'2" or shorter O-Linemen. I believe he saw the trouble that our shorter players had when lining up against the bigger Power 5 teams or bigger SBC teams.
This recruiting style is very similar to how WKU and Boise State have been doing it. Boise State has typically always gone after the bigger, taller players. WKU, within the past 2-3 years, has started to recruit that way as well. I think that's one reason WKU has gotten so good so quickly and have been able to hold up well against Power 5 teams.
In this class, our shortest O-Line player is 6'3". Our shortest D-line player is 6'2". I believe Kelvin Lucky (6'5") and Michael Robinson (6'4") are going to turn out to be monster defensive ends with NFL potential. They've got the size and the raw talent.
