In Thursday, December 10ths addition of USA Today, the Division I schools assistants' total salaries were posted and Troy leads the way in pay for all 11 Sun Belt teams. Our football coaches were cumulatively paid just under $1.2 million. Troy was #69 on the list of schools. The salaries were based on 106 DI schools that USA Today Sports could obtain 2015 contract-year pay information for at least nine assistants.
The Belt broke down as follows:
Troy $1.198 million Arkansas State $1.183 million South Alabama $1.135 million Louisiana Lafayette $1.040 million Georgia State $951K Appalachian State $937K Georgia Southern $930K Texas State $832K Idaho $748K Louisiana Monroe $683K New Mexico State $647K
Troy is moving in the right direction, we made some strong strides both off and on the field in 2015 and I believe we are set up for a strong run in the near future.
Go TROY!

I think Vic is worth every dollar, our defense made great strides this season and likely was the best we've seen at TROY since he was here the first go-round. In that same USA Today article, it showed there were 7 D-I assistants who made more on their own than all of Troy's assistants put together.
Go TROY!
