If not, CPC needs to go.

Agreed. I gave him a pass last year because of the injuries. Something has got to happen this year or look for a more experienced coach.

All of you had to be head-hunters in previous lives...

I expect great things from the ladies...
The men's team... Not so much.

I think there needs to be improvement shown this year, and I expect there will be. He's going into year three, with it kind of difficult holding year one against him considering he was working with year two of Maestri's jucos. I don't think it's quite time to line up the firing squad yet. If you do, you will have a new coach starting all over again and that will extend the rebuild. No need to make a change unless it's absolutely necessary.

Lots of youth and I firmly believe they will be pretty good by the end of the season and very promising for next year.

As long as continue improving on the men's side, I am good with CPC getting another year. Not going to hold year 1 against him (hangover from Maestri) or last year (injuries).

Maestri Sartain. 2011-12. 10-18 Cunningham Trojan Arena. 2012-13. 11-20 Cunningham. Trojan Arena. 2013-14. 10-19 I'm curious as to what you consider improvement playing in a $46 million graduation facility? soccer. 2011. 9-11 2012. 9-10 2013. 8-10 hamilton 2014. 16-6 Hired to win and no excuses softball. 2013. 21-32 2014. 22-30 mullins. 2015. 32-23 see a difference?

last year we finished dead last in the Conference, The year before we finished right near the bottom grabbing the last seed for the Tourney (SBC is one of the worst basketball conferences out there btw)....If we cant improve to atleast a 5 or 6 seed in the tourney in year 3. Something has to give.

He's had three recruiting classes to this arena. If he can't win this season he isn't going to.
