One W away from 20 going into the SBC tourney. In 3 short seasons, CR has rebuilt the women's program. They've proven that they can beat any team in the league. Now is the time to see if they can advance to the big dance...Congrats to those young ladies.

I'm certainly impressed. The ladies have done a fantastic job. At the beginning of the season, they had their struggles. But mannnnn they have done tremendously well in the second half of the season. The wins over UALR (Sun Belt champ) and Tennessee State (OVC East champ) look pretty good. I just hope that these ladies can win this last game against South Alabama, and go into the tournament and SHOW OUT!!!
If they were to win the SBC Tournament, they would have a high enough RPI to be a #15 or #14 seed team... which would be great.

My only concern is that in tourney play, with the style we play, those legs are gonna get heavy playing on consecutive days.

Well... hopefully Rigby has them fit and ready for it. I would imagine their fitness level up to this point of the season is at it's peak. Not to mention, I feel like they have a lot of good depth on the team. We have one of the best, if not the best bench scoring team in the conference.
My hope (if Troy doesn't win the SBC Tourney) is for Arkansas State to win the SBC Tourney, have UALR get an at-large bid to the NCAA Tourey, and have Troy get the automatic WNIT bid.

W on Friday afternoon and play Saturday pm?? Seems it couldn't get much better for tournament play??

A lot of quality depth on this team. That will most certainly help if they are able to advance in the tournament.
