There are a lot of exciting changes taking place in Troy Athletics, especially in football. One change is the reallocation of Section 109 to Troy students. The Athletics department has been reaching out to season ticket holders in section 109, so hopefully everyone affected by the change already knows.
I think this will enhance the students in-game experience and generate even more excitement about the upcoming season. Many schools already situate their student section right behind the visiting team to create a more "intimidating" atmosphere.
They are giving a discount to all season ticket holders who are being displaced. So if you haven't done so already, be sure to call the ticket office right away to check on your options for the 2015 season. To speak with someone in the ticket office, call 877-878-9467.
Again, exciting times for Troy fans! Go Trojans!

Growing pains for sure, but I like it.
Now if the security staff will just allow the students to be actual students. I say anything goes outside of touching or throwing things at the opponents sideline. It's obvious our crack security staff has never been to Ark St or ULL when it comes to student sections.

We don't need the racial slurs that happened in 2012 but the students should be giving the opposing team a hard time. Great student sections do it all over the country. I like this move.

Not Section 109, but I'll be going up the road here shortly this morning to give Rachel my 411 and order my 2015 Season Tix.

Are they moving it over or expanding the student section?
I can't imagine the student section not being right beside the band

So they will still be beside the band section. They are also moving the visiting fans section from 105, and making that section a Family Pack seating section.

Where's the visitors moving to? 103 and 101 would be my guess. That is correct. Section 105 is now available for Family Pack tickets. The ticket office and Steve Stroud have been great to work with in our relocation from 109. BTW, Chair back seats are filling up. If folks are not current season ticket holders and were thinking of looking at the chair back section I would recommend that they don't wait too late to secure their seats for 2015.

The visitors should be in 201 and 203 if that is the sections above where they are now. Their seats are too good right now.

My wallet's a fair bit lighter now since stopping by to see Rachel and ponying up again for Stadium Club. Got to meet some folks so it's cool.

Visitors should be placed in Sections 120 & 122...home side corner of south endzone, as far from their players as possible. It's time we use all resources at our disposal to gain an advantage.

Not Section 109, but I'll be going up the road here shortly this morning to give Rachel my 411 and order my 2015 Season Tix. I was in section 109, I secured new seats over in section 108. Hoping we are around fans who don't mind cheering at a football game.

Stadium Club people who actually sit outside seems to be a mixture of females there to talk, children playing and dudes mostly watching the game or maintaining a semblance of order with the kids. And then there's Mayor Amos.

I am very disappointed in losing my seats in 109. I have sat here since 2001. For about 14 years I invisioned keeping these 50 yard line seats for the long term. Now I go from 50 yard line to about 35. Honestly, it makes me mad. I think most on here would feel the same way if it were your long term seats.
