I'm feeling cautiously optimistic about the men's and women's teams this year. If the players that I think will be difference makers pan out, then I see winning records for both teams. What say you?

I believe that Chandra Rigby is the best thing that has ever happened to Troy Women's basketball... I think she will continue to improve our team.
Cunningham I don't know much about, but I'm cautiously optimistic about.

I've heard good things about Cunningham but have yet to see the team in person. I am looking forward to seeing them in person on November 14th. I think Wesley Person Jr. will be a really good one.

The key is both teams have to improve on the road. The women's team only won two on the road last season. Get that turned around they will be in good shape.

Word is person is outworking everyone. If he put the time into understand the college game and plays enough scrimmages to get use to college speed he is going to special from day one. He is going to make it happen. He knows what to do with the ball. He will sneakily score in bunches but he makes everyone around him look like a pro. At least he did in high school. I can't wait to se if it transitions to the college game or should I say how soon it transitions to the college game.

We haven't seen anyone with star potential since Mo Weathers. It'll be great to see what Persons can do.
