For some reason after 5 conference championships at Troy it didn't. I think I'll have a beer. More with less! More with less!

If you think JH doesn't make the unpopular decisions the job requires, you might want to talk with a few of our ex-coaches. Much respect to him for doing it in a respectful way. I do not believe LB is immune. He's going to do what's in the best interests of TROY and I believe that. Murphy was under Dennis. The only one under JH was Davis and maybe Lancaster? I have to disagree with you on LB not being immune. The stupidest thing we ever did was name a field after a active coach. So if you did fire him, you now have a field named after a coach you just fired. Not saying he doesn't deserve it, but it should have been gone after he left. We can agree to disagree, but JH was hired to do just what he's doing. TROY hasn't fielded a winning team in 3 years...he's on the clock. It's neither here nor there right now, but there's plenty more football to be played before any of this is relevant...

Going to be unpopular but. "we have to do more with less" to a degree. We are the smallest school in our conference, in the smallest town. We don't have resources that other schools have. I don't like it either but we have to figure out what we can do with the parameters we have instead of wishing we were something that we can't be. I'm not saying we don't try to strive but we also have to be realists.

We have only had 2 winning teams in the last two seasons across the board. baseball in 2012 and volleyball in 2012. I believe that is correct. A lot of work across athletics as a whole. We didn't have any winning teams in the 2013-14 season except women's golf. Does that count? Just kidding

why can't the university and the town partner up and bring in some businesses? Some kind of entertainment other than an arcade with games from the early 90's and Putt-Putt and a movie theater. Until the town gets more attractions then the students are going to complain and not want to come. BTW, we had another winning team and that was the Rodeo team. National Champions on that team and they cut it..just saying

And Hemi, the reason we got them, was because they were (idk about Osi or Lawrence) talented, but neglected by Barn or Bammer. Heck, Ware grew up in Auburn. They had a (The HC we don’t speak of) on their shoulder to prove they were better than a scouting report said. Give me a team of ragtag kids from Brantley or Goshen or heck, Georgiana over a 5 star recruit from hoover who thinks he's entitled to start because espn 300 told him so. People from small schools generally don't play because their main goal is to make a living out of it. It's because they love the game and have a passion for it. In some cases that is very true. Also, we have some small school kids on the roster right. Some played this past Saturday at UAB as true freshmen. There's part of that youth thing I pointed out. However, if we have a 5 star kid wanting to come to Troy let's go ahead and bring him on in. I think I'll have a beer. yes, because 5 star recruits are ALWAYS wanting to sign with us. Lol

I'm just laughing at saying the word if. It's not going to happen. Unless they're compelled by the Holy Ghost, or something.

There are exceptions but by and large this seems the case. I think I'll have a beer.

Lets be honest here, y'all really don't know what you're talking about as usual... You're just speculating. You're right. Who's the AD again? I think I'll have a beer.

You're right. Who's the AD again? I think I'll have a beer. That would be John Hartwell. Maybe you've heard of him.... Nope never heard of him. I will ask around and see if anyone else has heard of him. You aren't pulling my leg are you? I think I'll have a beer.

There's been so much about what's coming to Troy, the future and so much hype that hasn't come to fruition, I just believe it when I see it.
