I would like for anyone who has actually VIEWED a practice anytime in 2024 to give their thoughts on what they observed! I have NOT attended any practice that HCGP has conducted, usually I try to attend some during the Spring & the Fall, but not this year. (Personally still trying to get over previous coaches leaving, not getting attached again). The reason I am asking for eye witness accounts is that I have heard second hand information from students telling what football players say about practice while in the classroom setting. I will not share that gossip, thus the request 👍🏼

Parker has stated in other interviews he has a system, a belief that he will not deviate from. Agree 09, freaking try something else. ⬆️ THIS ⬆️ I have heard “I have a system” almost every time he has a microphone in front of him, BUT I have no idea what “His System” consists of‼️‼️ Seems like an obvious follow up question that would be asked by an interviewer would be, “What is this system?” OR “Would you care to elaborate on this system?” I don’t remember any additional information being given at either his announcement press conference OR the Birmingham Bowl gathering when he was courting the fans after being named coach … just “I have a system” and then moving on to something else 😡 THE MAIN reason this bothers me, I want to know IF this “system” is something the players ARE buying into and willing to stay with Troy and develop OR are the players as frustrated as the fanatics and going to jump ship ASAP⁉️⁉️ It was described to me by someone who has seen a good number of practices and heard addresses to the team/staff, it’s like he is a politician that using all these buzz words and talking points but there is never any substance.

If that's a fact, he might better run for high public office. That system seems to work in DC.

I often will tease about political things. So, this is not to be political at all but illustrates what people think when evaluating watching a practice. Yesterday the Vice-President was interviewed on Fox by Brett Bayer. Those who are more right leaning have a clearly different opinion about what they witnessed as to those leaning left.
My point is that if you are biased at all the exact same event looks differently to different people. The question was posed by Mr E about those who have witnessed a practice. Watching his posts over the years I would have a great interest if he, E Legion, would witness a week of practice and give his opinion. Short of one of the most balanced posters witnessing a week of practice I will not put much into the observance of anyone who is totally apologetic or those who are all knives and pitchforks. Two people can see things differently but if you do not have enough reference points or critical thinking willingness to accept what the data shows, then the opinions of the highly opinionated seems to be a biased observance at best.
