THIS Coaching Staff has done an excellent job increasing the AVERAGE height of our players without using the old fashioned rack!
Someone mentioned in another thread a 6’3” QB throwing to 6’3” WRs. Our current roster AVERAGES 6’1” QBs and 6’2” WRs 👍🏼 which is very important when your passing lanes are through an average 6’4” forest consisting of OLs and TEs.
Personally I am excited to watch the trench warfare providing time for an aerial attack.

Speed, hands(catching), route running and ability to separate are the key factors. Being 6’4” helps but not the best factor to be.

Currently 100 on the roster. If you had to add five from the transfer portal, what would you add? I'd want another linebacker, a couple proven offensive linemen, a standout defensive end, and maybe another receiver.

Sumrall has said he wanted to add a QB, a WR and add depth on the O-Line and add a "difference maker or two" on defense. He's already added the QB and WR. My guess if he hits the portal again - he will - it will be depth on the O-Line and possibly a potential starter on defense.

Hemi summed it up with this POST, we have an OL Coach and he is working on his collection! Latest commitment, Kobe Williams, Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College. Monday EDIT: Add another one, Jonas Woods, Palomar College. 👍🏼

I think I get it now. These talented players from the portal can influence future recruits from HS and portal.

Impressed with this coaching staff and the work to get the players needed for serious run at this season. My new favorite line from HCJS, “I have a FIVE year plan, but I also have a five minute plan. I want to win now!” Don’t you think that based on what we have already viewed either in person OR on social media over the past six months WE collectively need to GIVE OUR BEST for these players and coaches THIS SEASON to support them? MAKE A COMMITMENT (no matter how big or small, no need to boast, no need to explain why you can’t), DON’T complain, don’t whine, don’t make excuses… Let those of us who want to live in the moment, live and enjoy! IF you still think the glass is half empty, DON’T tell us!!! As for me and my house, we will go and experience every minute of this season. We have experienced the valleys and are personally training to climb some mountains THIS fall! #ExpectGreatThings

112 on the roster now with 4 out of 5 of the new O-Line signees added. Eric Shaw (the recent SC transfer) has also been added, as well as another JUCO receiver. A couple more new additions were added as well.
