I know you guys probably get these emails, but I thought I would post about it anyway. Whoever has connects within SoTS, how many full shows do these themes allow? I’m thinking maybe one or two full performances at the most.

Marketing the program is essential to its growth and survival. Part of that marketing has been, and continues to be, theme games. With the exception of senior day and Military Appreciation Day, I can take or leave the theme games and be no worse for wear. Having those games, though, has led to a noticeable and significant decrease in the halftime involvement of the SOS. I don't see a future where the SOS puts on a 10+ minute halftime show 4-5 times a season, as was the case in the 90s-2000s. As it relates to the game day experience, I'm not sure that's good thing. It is what it is, but the SOS halftime show, as entertaining as it can be, isn't much of a revenue producer. As we all know, it's all about the $$$$.

If we are having a good season there is a chance we could set the attendance record Nov 12 against the Black Knights of the Hudson aka Army. Already made plans to attend that game in honor of my father in law who passed in Dec (Ret US Army Lt Colonel- Korea and two tours in Air Calvary in Vietnam) and I still enjoy watching the triple option
