And they swept Troy, again. And the games weren't remotely close.
The SBC is apparently USA, Texas State, and Louisiana's world, and Troy just exists in it to take up space.
We need a HC that can make Troy a competitor against the Cajuns... Troy has been in the Sun Belt now for 17 years, and has never won a single title.

Time to try a male HC like the majority of the top programs have including ULL, What do we have to lose? JMO for what it is worth but we tried women now twice and we are spinning our wheels

Why is it the gender of the coach and not the coach themselves? My opinion. Call it what you want. If not a male HC I think we need one on staff especially hitting. As woke as Troy is we are liable to hire a transgender who identifies as It, They or something

Let's target a specific culture, color and/or gender, make a PC hire and hope for the best. Leave it to the AD and Athletics to recruit qualified candidates, vet available prospects and make the best hire.

The way baseball and softball recruiting works who can basically recruit all 50 states at summer ASA Gold tournaments. We just got our rear handed to us by a school with players from 8 different states and Australia. But you are correct, Brent I believe will do his due diligence and hopefully gets the right fit

Troy “woke”? You aren’t around here often obviously Changed the name of a building to a man who didn't give two rats a$$ about Troy. Now I will give you Troy isn't as bad as other schools To say John Lewis didn't care about Troy is far from the truth. The man was denied acceptance from the school during segregation and could have decided he would never step foot on campus here but came back many, many times to speak here.
