I truly understand your position because withholding your attendance and money is one of the few ways of getting the attention of an Administration that would otherwise ignore your thoughts and opinions. But in the end I ultimately fall on the flip sight of the coin. I don't want to near-sighted. Not a fan of (The HC we don’t speak of) either. But you support the program not one man. You support the PLAYERS, that give a lot to be out there. You go to games to be with friends and family and have fun. There are ways to protest but all this is doing is punishing yourself. I donât want (The HC we don’t speak of) to rob me of my good times. And yes, this has limits. We will see at the end of the year where we are. But, but, but...LB...NB...what's changed? LB, Godfather of Troy football. Stayed too long, ruined a potential storybook ending. NB, a leader. rebuilt and laid the foundation for Troy to be one of the Sunbelt powers. CL, guy is just not a head coach at this level. As fans and supporters we have to endure.

I agree that a message needs to be sent about our lack of leadership. However, the young men, cheerleaders, and band deserve our support. Unfortunately, Iâm closing on my house next week and canât make it tomorrow, but theseâ fansâ not attending and supporting are just going to hurt the program in the long run. We are now competing for recruits against UAB and USA, both of which have new beautiful facilities in towns with much more to offer. UAB has a freaking Topgolf in the parking lot. Potential Recruits will be there looking in the stands. Why play for (The HC we don’t speak of) when you could play for Bill Clark, who has quite honorably saved his program.
I donât see things getting better until university leadership is aligned to a new Trojan vision. If only we had a younger, hip, business-minded, Troy graduate, who is also a current Dean to lead the university. ð¤ð¤ð¤ð¤

Neal Brown. it could happen. Chancellor Neal Brown, smoke that a while.

Just gonna play devil's advocate here for a minute...
Some people - whether their thinking is right or wrong - don't like spending time driving to Troy, and spending good money, to see Troy struggle against I-AAs and get their brains beat out by conference peers.
They feel like their dollar is their strongest voice and want to send a message to the leadership, "I can't/won't support what (The HC we don’t speak of) (The HC we don’t speak of) has turned this program into. I gave you my money before and you hired him, get someone better."
They fear the New Orleans Saints syndrome, "Who cares if the team stinks, we still sell tickets!"
They want Troy football to be all it can be and reach its maximum potential *because* they support the players, cheerleaders, band, etc., so they want better leadership to get us there.
On a side note, unless something has changed, the Sound of the South doesn't get its funding directly from athletics, which IS the way it works at many other universities, but at Troy. But of course, they get their money from the university, which does get money from football, so.....

I saw nothing in regards to covid protocols. Until the numbers decline significantly in this state, I'm still not coming.
